Maritime Regulations
Maritime regulations refer to the set of rules and guidelines that govern the operation of vessels at sea. These regulations are put in place to ensure the safety of life and property at sea, as well as to protect the marine environment. Maritime regulations cover a wide range of topics, including vessel construction and equipment, crew qualifications and training, navigation and communication, cargo handling and stowage, and environmental protection. Compliance with these regulations is mandatory for all vessels operating in international waters, and failure to comply can result in fines, detention, or even the revocation of a vessel's license.
