Breaststroke

Breaststroke is a swimming style in which the swimmer is on their chest and moves their arms and legs in a circular motion. The arms move simultaneously and symmetrically, while the legs perform a frog kick. The swimmer takes a breath every stroke cycle. Breaststroke is one of the four major swimming styles used in competitions, and it is often the slowest of the four strokes. However, it is also the most efficient stroke for maintaining a consistent speed over a long distance, making it a popular choice for endurance swimmers.
