Emergency Response Plans

Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) are comprehensive plans developed by maritime organizations to respond to emergency situations that may occur during maritime operations. ERPs include procedures, protocols, and guidelines for responding to various types of emergencies, such as fires, collisions, grounding, oil spills, and other incidents. ERPs also identify the roles and responsibilities of personnel involved in emergency response, as well as the equipment and resources required to mitigate the situation. ERPs are regularly reviewed, updated, and tested to ensure their effectiveness in responding to emergencies and minimizing the impact on human life, the environment, and property.
