Frog Kick

Frog kick is a swimming technique used in scuba diving that involves moving both legs together in a symmetrical motion to propel the diver forward or backward. The technique is called frog kick because it resembles the leg movement of a frog. Frog kick is commonly used in cave diving and wreck diving where divers need to navigate through tight spaces without disturbing the environment. The technique is also useful in underwater photography and videography as it allows divers to move slowly and steadily without creating a lot of bubbles or disturbing marine life.
