Front Crawl
Front crawl, also known as freestyle, is a swimming stroke that is characterized by the alternating arm movements and the continuous flutter kicking of the legs. The swimmer propels forward with the arms extended in front of the head, pulling the water towards the feet. The legs kick in a continuous up and down motion, generating additional propulsion. Front crawl is the fastest and most efficient swimming stroke, commonly used in competitive swimming and triathlons. It requires a high level of cardiovascular fitness, upper body strength, and coordination.
