HAEMHF

HAEMHF stands for High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) and High Power Microwave (HPM) Facilities. These facilities are used to simulate the effects of a nuclear electromagnetic pulse (EMP) on electronic systems and equipment. HAEMHF facilities generate high-intensity electromagnetic fields that can damage or destroy electronic devices and systems. They are used to test the resilience of military and civilian electronic systems against EMPs, which can be caused by a nuclear explosion, a solar storm, or a high-altitude nuclear detonation. HAEMHF facilities are critical for ensuring the readiness and effectiveness of military and civilian electronic systems in the event of an EMP attack.
