Maritime Safety Regulations

Maritime Safety Regulations refer to the set of rules and guidelines that are put in place to ensure the safety of vessels, crew, and passengers at sea. These regulations cover a wide range of areas including the design and construction of vessels, the training and certification of crew members, the use of safety equipment, and the procedures for responding to emergencies. The goal of these regulations is to minimize the risk of accidents and incidents at sea, and to ensure that vessels are operated in a safe and responsible manner. Compliance with these regulations is mandatory for all vessels operating in international waters, and failure to comply can result in fines, penalties, and even the detention of the vessel.
