Passive Sonar Systems

Passive sonar systems are underwater listening devices that detect sound waves emitted by ships, submarines, and other objects in the water. These systems do not emit any sound waves of their own, but instead rely on the sound waves produced by other sources. Passive sonar systems are used for a variety of purposes, including detecting and tracking enemy submarines, monitoring marine life, and detecting underwater hazards. These systems are an important tool for naval forces and are used extensively in both military and civilian applications.
