POEA


The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) is a government agency responsible for regulating and promoting the overseas employment of Filipino workers. It is tasked with ensuring that overseas employment is safe and beneficial to Filipino workers, and that the rights and welfare of overseas Filipino workers are protected. The POEA also provides various services to Filipino workers seeking employment abroad, including pre-employment orientation seminars, skills testing and certification, and assistance with documentation and processing of employment contracts.
