Rolling Chocks

Rolling chocks are devices used on ships to secure and support heavy cargo during transportation. They are designed to prevent the cargo from shifting or rolling during rough seas or sudden movements of the ship. Rolling chocks consist of a metal frame with a series of rollers that allow the cargo to move slightly while still maintaining stability. This movement helps to distribute the weight of the cargo evenly across the ship, reducing the risk of damage to the cargo or the vessel. Rolling chocks are commonly used in the shipping industry to transport heavy machinery, vehicles, and other large items.
