WIBON

WIBON stands for Women in the Boardroom on Ships. It is an initiative that aims to increase the number of women in leadership positions in the maritime industry. WIBON provides a platform for women to network, share experiences, and learn from each other. The initiative also works to raise awareness about the benefits of gender diversity in the workplace and to encourage companies to adopt policies that promote gender equality. WIBON is supported by various organizations in the maritime industry, including shipowners, ship managers, and maritime associations.
