Butterfly Stroke
Butterfly stroke is a swimming technique that is used in competitive swimming. It is also known as the 'fly'. In this stroke, the swimmer swims face down in the water and uses a dolphin-like kick to propel themselves forward. The arms are brought forward together over the head and then pulled back towards the hips in a circular motion. This stroke requires a lot of strength and endurance, as well as good technique. It is one of the most difficult swimming strokes to master, but it is also one of the fastest. The butterfly stroke is often used in medley events, where swimmers must swim all four strokes in a single race.
