Jumboising
Jumboising is the process of modifying a ship to increase its cargo carrying capacity by cutting it in half and adding a new midsection. This process involves extensive engineering and construction work, including the installation of new engines, generators, and other equipment to support the increased cargo capacity. Jumboising is typically done to older ships that are still in good condition but have become too small to be economically viable in modern shipping markets.
