Marine Regulations

Marine regulations refer to the set of rules and guidelines that govern the operation and management of vessels at sea. These regulations are put in place to ensure the safety of life and property at sea, as well as to protect the marine environment. They cover a wide range of topics, including navigation, communication, safety equipment, pollution prevention, crew training and certification, and vessel inspection and certification. Compliance with marine regulations is mandatory for all vessels operating in international waters, and failure to comply can result in fines, detention, or even the revocation of a vessel's license.
