Reverse Frame

Reverse Frame is a structural element of a ship's hull that is used to reinforce the transom or sternpost. It is a curved frame that is installed in the opposite direction of the regular frames, running from the keel to the sheer strake. The reverse frame is used to provide additional strength to the stern of the ship, which is subjected to high stresses and loads during navigation. It is commonly used in modern shipbuilding, especially in vessels that are designed for heavy-duty operations such as cargo ships, tankers, and naval vessels.
