Steering Wheel

A steering wheel is a device used to control the direction of a ship. It is usually located on the bridge and connected to the rudder through a series of mechanical linkages. The steering wheel is turned by the helmsman, who uses it to adjust the angle of the rudder and thus change the direction of the ship. The size and design of the steering wheel can vary depending on the size and type of the ship, as well as the preferences of the crew. In modern ships, the steering wheel may be replaced by a joystick or other electronic control system.
