Water-tube Boilers
Water-tube boilers are a type of boiler in which water circulates in tubes heated externally by the fire. Fuel is burned inside the furnace, creating hot gas which heats water in the steam-generating tubes. These types of boilers are used in marine and naval engineering applications due to their compactness, efficiency, and ability to handle high pressures. They are commonly found on naval ships and submarines, where space is limited and high power output is required. Water-tube boilers are also used in power stations and industrial plants where steam is required for process and heating applications.
