Port Security measures include access control, surveillance, screening, and detection systems, as well as emergency response plans and procedures. The International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code is a comprehensive set of measures developed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) to enhance the security of ships and port facilities. Compliance with the ISPS Code is mandatory for all ships and port facilities engaged in international trade.
