Serrated Frame

A serrated frame is a type of frame used in shipbuilding that has a series of teeth-like projections along its edges. These projections are designed to interlock with the adjoining frames, providing additional strength and rigidity to the hull. Serrated frames are commonly used in the construction of steel ships, where they are welded together to form a continuous framework. The use of serrated frames allows for a more efficient use of materials, as well as providing a stronger and more durable hull structure.
