Ship-to-Shore Cranes

Ship-to-shore cranes, also known as container gantry cranes, are large cranes used to load and unload containers from cargo ships. These cranes are typically located at port terminals and are used to move containers from the ship to the shore, or vice versa. Ship-to-shore cranes are designed to handle containers of various sizes and weights, and are capable of lifting containers up to several stories high. They are operated by highly skilled crane operators who use a combination of hand signals and computer systems to move containers with precision and efficiency. Ship-to-shore cranes are a critical component of the global shipping industry, as they enable the rapid and efficient movement of goods around the world.
