Oarsmen

Oarsmen are the crew members who are responsible for rowing a boat or a ship. They use oars to propel the vessel through the water. Oarsmen are typically positioned in rows on either side of the boat, with each oarsman handling a single oar. The oars are typically made of wood or composite materials and are attached to the boat by oarlocks. Oarsmen must work together in a coordinated fashion to row the boat efficiently and effectively. In larger ships, oarsmen may be organized into teams or divisions, each with its own leader or coxswain.
