Supertanker
A supertanker is a large cargo ship designed to transport crude oil, petroleum products, or other chemicals in bulk. These vessels are typically over 250,000 deadweight tons (DWT) and can be as long as 1,500 feet. Supertankers are equipped with specialized pumps and piping systems to load and unload their cargo quickly and efficiently. Due to their size and weight, supertankers require deep water ports and specialized facilities for loading and unloading.
