Collision Regulations
Collision Regulations, also known as COLREGs, are a set of international rules that govern the conduct of vessels in order to prevent collisions at sea. These regulations specify the actions that should be taken by vessels in various situations, such as when two vessels are approaching each other head-on or when one vessel is overtaking another. The rules also cover the use of lights and signals to communicate a vessel's intentions and status. The Collision Regulations are an essential part of maritime safety and are enforced by maritime authorities around the world.
