Pontoons

Pontoons are floating structures that are used to support various types of marine constructions such as bridges, docks, and floating platforms. They are typically made of steel, concrete, or plastic and are designed to be buoyant in water. Pontoons can be connected together to form larger structures and can be anchored to the seabed or moored to a fixed point on land. They are commonly used in marinas and harbors to provide berthing for boats and ships. Pontoons can also be used for temporary structures such as work platforms or as part of a dredging operation.
